Flipbook Frenzy started when Laura was just a 22 year old college student at University of California San Diego. There, she was inspired by a similar company and decided to start up her own. Even though she was studying Biology, her passion for art took over and she began making amazing flipbooks in her home. As more people began taking notice of her creative work, her passion turned into what she thought would be a part-time business and soon flourished into a full time job. She currently runs a mobile studio and travels to all types of events, capturing footage, which she can then, on-site, bring back to life through flipbooks. The process begins with guests selecting a fun prop of their choice, recording a seven second video, and within minutes they receive their very own flipbook.
